Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Mandara, every piece is handcrafted with time and care.
Because most of our garments are made to order, we follow the policy below:


Order Cancellation

We do not accept order cancellations at this time.


Refunds

We currently do not offer refunds once an order is placed and processed, as pieces are made especially for you.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept exchanges only if:

  • the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • tags are intact and item is unused

To initiate an exchange, email us with:

  • order number

  • unboxing video

  • photos of the issue

Exchange will be processed once the product is returned to us and inspected.


Non-returnable Items

  • Customised orders

  • Sale items

  • Worn or used garments

  • Orders without an unboxing video


Refund for Cancelled or Failed Payments

If your payment fails but amount is deducted, it will be automatically refunded by your bank within 5–7 working days.
