Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines provided are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, location, or unforeseen circumstances.
Mandara is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers once the order has been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect products, subject to the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
An unedited unboxing video and clear images of the issue are mandatory for any damage or incorrect product claims.
Minor colour variations do not qualify as damage and are not eligible for return or refund.
