Refund policy

At Mandara, each piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully prepared. We kindly request you to review the following policy before placing an order.


Returns

We currently do not accept returns unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or refund, both of the following are mandatory:

  • A clear, unedited unboxing video, recorded continuously from opening the sealed package to revealing the product

  • Clear images of the damaged or incorrect portion, including the outer packaging if applicable

Requests submitted without the unboxing video will not be eligible for return or refund.

Each request will be reviewed carefully before approval.


Colour & Appearance Disclaimer

Please note that minor colour variations may occur due to lighting conditions, photography, and individual screen settings.
Such variations are natural and do not qualify as damage or defects, and are therefore not eligible for return or refund.


Refunds

If your request is approved after verification:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow 7–10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account


Order Cancellations

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified


Important Notes

  • Items purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for return or refund, unless damaged or incorrect.

  • Mandara reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet the above conditions.

  • All decisions made by Mandara regarding returns and refunds will be final.
